REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Blackmore and Roy have a 30-day refund and return policy.

Provided that the following steps have been taken:

• Contact our team either by phone or email
• Provide proof of purchase
• Goods must be in original packaging
• Not used or damaged in any way
• The item/s must be in the original condition as when purchased
• Gift cards/vouchers are unable to be refunded
• Exchange or store credit may be possible
• Refunds are provided on the authority of the owner or manager
• Approved refunds will be credited to the customer as per the original transaction
• Sale items will not be refunded
• Customers changing their mind on a purchase will receive either an in store credit or exchange – no refund is available
• If shipping costs are incurred with the goods returned, they will be at the customer’s expense
• Faulty or damaged items must first be inspected by one of our qualified technicians – if it is deemed a major issue, we may issue a refund. If it is deemed a minor issue, we reserve the right to repair
