Wash-away are water soluble stabilizers that make a great embroidery backing or topping. This washaway differs from SOLVY washaway in that it is not transparent — it is a thicker, paper-quality wash-away backing ideally used for lace making and similiar projects. Use solvy for fabrics with a ‘pile’ – ie towels, or polar fleecing.
