Steve is both the owner and manager at Blackmore & Roy, with decades of experience as a sewing machine technician.

Kim is an expert machine demonstrator and instructor with a heavy interest in quilting, but passionate for all things sewing. Kim runs all the Blackmore & Roy club days and workshops!

Lisa works both as a machine demonstrator, and in our administration department. Lisa has interests in dress-making and embroidery, but is knowledgeable on all sewing areas.

Colin doubles as both an industrial machine technician, and a domestic sewing machine technician. He services and repairs machines both in our workshop, and on service callout to location.

Kristina is our all-round office support -- helping out with phone calls, customer orders, and admin work. She also manages our website content and Facebook page!
